    Hi aaron,

    Glad to hear that you were able to resolve this on Chrome.

    As mentioned earlier and also shared screencasts, We are unable to replicate this issue on any of our terminal.
    Plugin works fine as we have tested on various browser and device combinations.

    We are sorry as we cannot replicate this issue even with the site backup you shared as it worked fine with use (also shared screencast links previously).

    Hi Aaron,

    The plugin does not make any remote calls.

    You shall be able to use uSchema on Localhost even if you are not connected to internet.

    I have already tried the backup you shared and it worked for me fine with your site backup installed on my Localhost.

    We are really sorry but we are unable to replicate this issue.

    Hi Matt,

    RankMath and uSchema both plugins use their own techniques to add schema. You may use both to create different schemas. For instance, you may use RankMath to add organization schema and simultaneously use uSchema to create more advanced schema that RankMath does not offer to add for your CPTs.

    By looking at the error, it looks like your product does not have a review.
    Once your product will have any review, this error will probably be gone.

    If you want us to have a closer look, please provide URL of the product along with screenshots of errors.

    Hi,

    Its not advisable to have two same schemas added on a single page.
    If yoast is adding schema and the same schema you have also added using uSchema, then I would advise to turn off one of these.

    If you are happy with the schema added by the uSchema plugin, you may turn remove Yoast schema by turning on the option here:

    WP-admin > uSchema Settings > Third Party (tab) > Yoast SEO plugin schema remove?

    I have created an Organization Schema item in the Advance Schema items and have added 2 properties (name & address) just for testing. Please check and confirm that the property ids are loading for you?

    The only solution I can think of is that you send me your admin credentials of one of the live sites and then I check that.

    Hi,

    Can you please download the latest version of uSchema i.e v3.1.3 from your account dashboard and update the plugin manually by uploading?
    After doing this, please confirm if you still see this error message.

    We have updated our licensing system and in some cases (for most sites it works fine), the old versions of uSchema is unable to auto update.

    I am not sure why WordPress does not show this option for the premium plugins that are already on the latest version.
    You should be able to see this option once there is an update available for uSchema.

    Can you please check console (f12) in your browser while you try to select property. (as I did in the screen recording)

    If the problem persists, try to use some other local development setup (other than Flywheel) or try on a live site.

    This is exactly how auto updates are available for uSchema.
    Since you are using the latest version 3.1.3, so there are no updates available.
    However, if you have a version less than 3.1.3, the auto update notification shall be available.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    We are updating our licensing system to a more robust api base, and during the process, there might be some backward compatibility bugs.
    Sorry for the inconvenience, but its required to upgrade API for better Auto updates of the plugin.

    This issue has been reported yesterday and is now fixed.

    You may try to update the plugin again and after the update, the plugin should be updated to v3.1.3 (latest version at the moment)

    Hi,

    uSchema comes with Auto Updates.
    Once you activate the plugin by adding your License Key, your install shall start getting latest plugin updates through your wp-admin.
