I have the same issue. I can’t create an advanced schema because of this.

    Hi Aaron,
Please check https://youtu.be/LTvDVxeyDpc video to resolve this issue. If it doesn’t work, please flush uSchema Plugin cache by going to uSchema Settings > Tools Delete Cache.

Please also make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin (v 3.1.3). You can activate your license in WordPress dashboard to get automatic updates.

If the above solutions don’t work, please share your WordPress login credentials with us at support@uschema.io

    Waiting for your confirmation.
    Cheers,

    Hi,

We have checked by replicating the zip file you provided and it worked fine for me.
    Here is the screen recording:
    https://recordit.co/LBo0JlLTR3

Can you please check console (f12) in your browser while you try to select property. (as I did in the screen recording)

If the problem persists, try to use some other local development setup (other than Flywheel) or try on a live site.

    Regards,

    – Rao

I guess my post I tried to publish is hold back for moderation, because it contained more than one link.

    I hope so,

Anyways, I have provided screencast showing no issue at aur end.
    Hopefully it clarifies.

The problem occurs no matter if it is a live site or a local Flywheel environment. It only works occasionally in chrome. It’s wired, since it seems to work most of the time with open developer tools. When the error occurs, the console won’t log what I have selected. To get it to work again, I have to restart chrome. As mentioned before, it does not work in Safari or Firefox at all. I did my testings in a private window to ensure that no plugin is interfering.

    Hi,

The only solution I can think of is that you send me your admin credentials of one of the live sites and then I check that.

You may send the credentials at support@uschema.io

    Looking forward to troubleshoot it.

    Cheers,

    Rao

You should have gotten an email with credentials from plgd. Please note that I managed to set up everything as intended in the current state. Please feel free to add new advanced schema items for testing to see the error.

    Hi Aaron,
Thanks for sharing the login credentials.
We have checked your website (PLGD…) and the property ids are loading just fine on your website. Here are the screenshots for your review.

I have created an Organization Schema item in the Advance Schema items and have added 2 properties (name & address) just for testing. Please check and confirm that the property ids are loading for you?

    Hope it helps.
    Cheers,

Sorry, but I can’t. The Problem still persists. I tried three different machines now, (Chrome for mac, windows and Linux), to make sure it is not a browser problem. It’s annoying since I don’t get any console error, or something more specific than the video I sent you already (https://www.loom.com/share/9c836e37b0af439a82c938e1bbef8fdb). I’m starting to guess now, but could you tell me how the dropdown is populated? Maybe it’s coming from a remote server I can’t access most of the time in Germany?

    Hi Aaron,

The plugin does not make any remote calls.

You shall be able to use uSchema on Localhost even if you are not connected to internet.

I have already tried the backup you shared and it worked for me fine with your site backup installed on my Localhost.

We are really sorry but we are unable to replicate this issue.

    Hope you understand.

    Thanks,

Can you confirm that it does not work in Firefox and Safari?

I think I discovered a solution for chrome: When the property ID is not populating, hit “save as draft” then it should work again. However, it took me a looooong time to notice.

    Hi aaron,

Glad to hear that you were able to resolve this on Chrome.

As mentioned earlier and also shared screencasts, We are unable to replicate this issue on any of our terminal.
Plugin works fine as we have tested on various browser and device combinations.

We are sorry as we cannot replicate this issue even with the site backup you shared as it worked fine with use (also shared screencast links previously).

Please do not hesitate to connect if you encounter any other issue.
    Cheers,

    BooSpot Team

    Thanks for this post.
FYI, it doesn’t work in Safari!?

That’s also the case for me, Mike. Unfortunately, the support could not replicate this, as BooSpot wrote:
